Heather specializes in helping clients navigate life's challenges, including trauma, adjustment disorder, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, anxiety, and depression. Heather is also EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) trained. She utilizes a client-centered approach to support individuals in exploring their truths, strengths, and potential.
